This campground is one of the most popular camping areas around the state park. It can be found along the Long Beach Peninsula, where the Columbia River flows into the Pacific Ocean.

Best Time to Camp at Cape Disappointment

This area is known for having some absolutely beautiful weather in the summer but can be quite miserable in the winter with near-constant rain and very cold temperatures.
